Terms and Conditions of Sale – Bromont

Reservation Policy

Reservations made at Camping Vallée Bleue Resort are valid for one (1) RV, two (2) adults, and two (2) children under 18 per campsite.

Required Deposit :
When making a reservation, a deposit of 65% of the total reservation amount is required, payable by Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

Disclosing your card number authorizes us to charge the deposit amount to your credit card.

Full Payment of Reservation :
If the reservation is made within seventy-two (72) hours before the arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Disclosing your card number at the time of booking authorizes us to pay the balance of the total amount due in case of cancellation that does not comply with the reservation policies.

Unless you notify us otherwise, and with the goal of optimizing the arrival of our traveling vacationers, we will process the full payment of the amount due for your reservation within seventy-two (72) hours before your arrival. This payment will be made on the same credit card used at the time of your deposit.


If you do not show up at the campsite on the scheduled date, the reservation will be forfeited, and your entire stay will be charged.

Cancellation policy

Stay Cancellation

If the cancellation request is made fifteen (15) days before the date of your reservation, we will refund your deposit minus $35.00 retained and payable as administrative fees, along with a reservation fee of $4.35 plus applicable taxes.


If the cancellation request is made within less than fifteen (15) days of the date of your reservation, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and your reservation is canceled and not renewable.

In the case of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the total cost of your stay will be charged with no possibility of rescheduling your reservation.

 

Early Departure During Your Stay
If you leave earlier than planned during your stay, there will be no refund.

 

Check-In Time
The check-in time for your stay must be done before 8:00 PM. If you cannot arrive before 8:00 PM, please inform the management so they can provide you with a five (5)-digit numerical code. This code will allow you to open the right barrier designated for arrivals.

 

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in, if possible: $5 per hour
Late check-out, if possible: $5 per hour

 

High Season Requirement
In high season, you must book a minimum of two (2) nights for weekends.

 

Holiday Weekend Specifics
Reservations made for holiday weekends (Patriots' Day, St. Jean Baptiste Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving) must be for a minimum of three (3) nights.

 

Stay Modification
If you need to modify your reservation and do so at least fifteen (15) days before your reservation, we will apply your deposit to your next stay during the same season; otherwise, it will be forfeited.

 

Rules for Traveling Vacationers and Visitors

To make your stay enjoyable, please take note of the following statements:


At Camping Vallée Bleue Resort, the safety of everyone is our priority. The maximum speed limit is 10 km/h throughout the site. Upon a second warning, any offending motor vehicle must be parked at the campsite's entrance.


Bringing wood from outside is prohibited to prevent infestation by the Emerald Ash Borer. This phytosanitary requirement is mandated by the CFIA of Canada.

Please purchase firewood and kindling, available for sale at the campsite's reception.

Quiet hours for everyone begin at 11:00 PM. No noise is tolerated after this time.


Motorcycles with modified exhaust systems are prohibited on the campsite and must be parked at the entrance.

Traveling vacationers must connect their electric vehicle to the charging station near the reception. No connections are allowed at rental sites. Failure to comply will result in the traveler having to leave their vehicle at the entrance parking lot.

Vacations Camping Bromont

Prohibitions

  • Leaving car radios playing on the sites;
  • Playing in the street; you must use designated play areas;
  • Using glass containers (e.g., beer, liquor) on the campsite;
  • Riding bicycles in the playgrounds and all common areas (e.g., poolside patio);
  • Bicycling after sunset;
  • Using a clothesline;
  • Washing vehicles and trailers;
  • Smoking on the beach, at the pool, in the playgrounds, and all common areas. Smokers must be at least 9 meters from any building and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays;
  • Consuming cannabis anywhere on the campsite.
Visitors

Admission from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;

Departure by 11:00 PM.

 

Traveling Vacationers

Arrival from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM;

Departure by 12:00 PM (noon).

Each reservation is valid for one (1) RV. The number of people per reservation is two (2) adults and two (2) children. If you have more than this number, you must declare it upon your arrival.

Traveling vacationers must park their vehicles on their site. No vehicles are allowed on the grass or in the street. There should be no more than one vehicle per site, unless prior authorization is granted by the administration.

Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.

Children aged 5 to 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult at the pool. Children aged 5 and under are not allowed in the Lagoon pool.

Traveling vacationers are responsible for their visitors. Entrance fees must be paid at the reception upon their arrival.

Campfires are only allowed in designated areas. It is not allowed to move them.

All campers must be respectful of their neighbors.

The site must be kept clean at all times. Any damage to the property or trees may result in expulsion. Cutting or damaging trees throughout the campsite is prohibited.

 

Dogs permitted by campsite administration must be kept on a leash and are not allowed inside buildings, play areas (including the trampoline), and all common areas, at the beach or at the pool. They should not disturb neighbors, and picking up after them is required.

A list of prohibited dogs on the campsite is available on request.

Household waste must be deposited in the designated container located at the campsite's exit. Recycling containers are located at the campsite's entrance (near the propane gas filling station).

Our wastewater treatment system operates with bacteria. It is advisable to use biodegradable products designed for this purpose in your tanks, rather than chemical products. Do not dispose of wipes, baby diapers, sanitary napkins, or other items in the chemical toilet tank. A penalty of $250 will be charged to offenders in case of a blockage in the sanitation system.

The campsite management cannot be held responsible for

Damage to traveling vacationers or visitors for accidents and/or injuries that occur on the campsite location;
Lost or stolen items;
Any damage to the equipment of traveling vacationers, regardless of the reason, whether it is related to a partial or total lack of electricity due to weather conditions or an accidental cause such as a tree falling;

The campsite management reserves the right to expel, without refund, anyone whose conduct is deemed undesirable or who does not comply with the regulations.
